Mrs. Corneil loves teaching first grade at St. Joseph Catholic School! She began teaching at our school in 2012 when she piloted the five day Pre-K program. Mrs. Corneil graduated from the University of North Texas where she was accepted into the Meadows Excellence in Teaching Program. There she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Education. Mrs. Corneil is Texas State certified as a Generalist for Early Childhood-6th grade, Kindergarten-12th grade Art, and high school Psychology. She has worn many hats throughout her career as a teacher and parent.
Mrs. Corneil’s husband Brian is an Edward Jones Advisor. They have two wonderful children, Avery and Jarrett! They are long time parishioners at St. Joseph Parish. Their daughter is a Nolan graduate and is working on a doctorate in sport’s and performance psychology. Their son is both a SJCS and Nolan graduate. He is studying electrical engineering at Purdue University.
